"I was so pleased with my dri buddy that I bought one for my brother who mentioned he thought one would be useful for him. Great for shirts and tshirts though not so good for very heavy items such as towels and jeans"

"Pros:
-Great if you don't have space/money for a tumble dryer
-Great for drying a small amount of washing - the fewer things the quicker they'll dry
-Great as an extra heater!
-Compact to store with legs removed
-Has a timer

Flaws:
-To be really compact, legs need removing and storing somewhere, and you have to balance airer when getting legs in and out
-Although the cable just about squashes into the base when standing without the legs, it's not easy
-It's a bit unstable
-Short cable, likely to need extension lead
-Control panel is at the bottom so you need to crouch down to use it, and I find the bright light stops me seeing the dial, but I just roughly turn it

Other points:
-Need to use hangars, although you can drape a things over the arms
-Dresses/long clothes need folding
-Sounds like a fan heater, so wouldn't be ideal to use when watching TV etc (luckily my studio has a hallway)"

"We're currently in rented accommodation and cannot fit our dryer in this property - I bought the Dri Buddi hoping it would replace it. It doesn't replace a tumble dryer, but it certainly stops the need for having wet washing on airers and radiators cluttering up the house.
I would say the max is only 12 items of adult clothes, which takes about 2hrs to dry - still a great piece of equipment that is certainly helping me cope without the dryer.
I'm sure I'll even use it when we move to our house and have the tumble dryer all installed. Brilliant for my daughters clothes."

"This is another positive review to add to the many already there. My mum's tumbledryer blew up and we needed a solution and quick. We bought the DriBuddi and are very pleased with it. As long as you don't put too much inside it, it dries things very quickly. If you hang towels up outside it for a bit before putting them in, it does dry them too. It's also very quiet after the first thirty seconds of usage, and the fact it folds up like an umbrella means it's ideal for a small one bedroom flat. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone and I'm surprised at the negative reviews because we've not had any bad experiences with it!"
