"Despite some adverse comments re the quality of the cover on the board, I did purchase it. Sadly the comments were correct- the cover is thin, would not stay on the board.
I contacted Argos on this. Their response was swift and I am really impressed with the way in which they handled my complaint. It has now been resolved to my satisfaction Top marks to their Customer Service Department.
The ironing board itself is good but if you purchase it, be prepared to buy a better cover!"

"You would think that a company who have been making ironing boards for years would be able to design one that can sit flat on the floor. Having said that we have almost managed to sqeeze it into shape.The covers thin, but i suppose if you want quality you have to pay more to get it. It does the job."

"This board is large which is good but the feet are very small makeing it very wobberly when ironing,its difficult at first to put up and down and takes up a lot of space when beeing used and to put away"
