55m 4-Arm Outdoor Rotary Clothes Airer. 4.3 5 539 618
Not sure yet I've been using this 1 week now and really not sure about it. When you try to push it up so you can hang your washing on it, the whole thing comes out of the bit in the ground. There doesn't appear to be anything to secure the airer into the ground stake so really not sure this is going to be any good. I will contact the manufacturers if not satisfied soon, because my last line was secure in the stake. 13 August 2014
good for the price. for the price it is worth buying, ground stake, cover included. you will probably have to tighten the wire which is easy to do. the cover went straight through the top when i pulled it down. i just super glued it, it's fine now. it's nice and big and will hold a lot of your washing so i do recommend it, also has a strap to keep the wires tidy after you have put it down. 12 August 2014
best ive ever had its great can get a king size duvet cover on it, and the rest for the weeks washing on it 12 August 2014
Rotary Clothes Airer Like a lot of others we only bought this because our old faithful airer had come to the end of its life and it was the best that would fit our existing socket. I did have trouble putting it up at first and the height adjustment buttons wouldn't move. Eventually I managed to adjust it and it now works fine. I'm not convinced that it will last the 10 years + that the old one did though. 12 August 2014
Ok quality. Does what it says on the tin. Wouldn't pay full price tho was good for half the price 12 August 2014

Answer:
Hello thank you for your query, however the only thing I can say is that manufacturers do change specifications periodically and this is one of those occasions. The new item will have a new ground pole with it.

We bought this line three weeks ago and not at all impressed. The line is now trapped and has jammed. How can we release it! Any ideas?

Answer:
maybe try loosing the top by pushing the catch in and lowering it a bit to release the tightness of the line and then try pushing the lower catch in to release it.
don't know if it will work though.

Telephone number should be on the piece of paper in the packaging. Just keep your receipt and either phone manufacturer if you have a problem within the 3 years or return to argos for a replacement!
