Really good looking and useful tool

"I bough this item because the one I had before shattered into peaces after I forget to turn the hob off. How stupid of me!
I was really please to have this covering my job and decided to buy it again to replace. It looks great (much better than the horrible 4 round metal hob) and it gives me an additional space to move things around when I'm cooking.
I recommend it defenately.
Ps. Don't leave it in high temperature like I did. It is really resistante but it still glass. It resisted around 30min in the hob when I forgot it on before shattered."

"I bought two of these glass hob protectors. They look good and do the job. The only thing was the supporting feet on each one were not the same. That is - one fitted across the hob while the other did not. I removed the feet and re-glued them to make it fit. One wonders how they were manufactured? Other than that they are O.K"

"Good quality but make sure you take into account the fact that the rubber feet at about 1" high and set in a specific place."
