"I immediately noticed the difference in the water after purchasing this product. I have a glass kettle and you could see the grime covering the glass. Now that I have this item all that has disappeared. I told a friend about this product and now they have bought one too!"

"Brought to try and reduce the scum in black tea as i live in an area of hard water. Does the job reasonably well but does not remove compleately. Indicator shows cartridge needs replacing after only 2 weeks which could be expensive.
It has an easy fill feature and a robust non slip base. All-in-all i am happy with my purchase."

"Had one of Brita fridge door water filters many years ago but then went on to a Breville kettle with Brita filter built in. After two of those died on me (French and Electric - not two things that go together well!!) have returned to this system to filter my water. This unit is built well, feels sturdy and produces the same quality filtered water as it always used to. Easy change filter, ease of filling with counterbalanced filler in top and easy read filter expiration guage. One minor negative point is that it could be a bit to heavy for some when filled up"

"Living in a hard water area I find using filtered water prevents my electric jug kettle from scaling up so much. The filtered water improves the taste of tea and coffee. I also make use of the filtered water in my iron which in turn helps to improve its life considerably."
