"Lid lifted when your thumb was on the handle and kept coming off when you poured the water if the jug was full. Poor design. Returned it and got a refund. Bought different make elsewhere."

Water without a funny taste.

"Have recently moved into an older bungalow and the water has a funny taste to it. Decided to invest in a water filter, and this is the model I chose. Not only does the water taste great now, I no longer get a film or scum on the top of tea when I make it. It was on offer when I bought it as well, so am very pleased with the purchase."
