"This does what it says on the tin, the fastening mechanism is robust, better than that of the previous wooden seat I bought. Plastic is obviously less nice but it's sturdy, looks good and does the job."

"I know Bemis is a good name in loo seats, and we have one in our cloakroom. When the upstairs loo needed a new seat, I got another Bemis. This one was cheaper than others of the same brand, and lighter.
If I had been able to see the seat before I bought it, I would probably have paid more and got a more robust one, but it has stayed in place, with no sideways movement, so its doing its job."
