"This is the second time I have bought these items, and I only bought them because on the picture, the base of the toilet brush holder is black, whereas the last one was chrome and rusted within a few weeks. When I opened the box, despite the item being shown as having a black base, it was still plain chrome so I know it will rust within a few weeks again which is very disappointing. Overall, not too bad for the price but will rust!"
