Okay BUT!

"The first one of these I bought simply didn't work so I returned to Argos the same day and obtained another one which did work. It has an appealing design and is very easy to clean but where it falls down badly is on the accuracy of the readings. I weighed myself twice and obtained a 6ib difference in reading. I do still use it but I tend to stand on it several times to see if one number comes up more than others. With hindsight I wish I had spent the extra money for a more accurate machine so all in all it's a poor product and I wouldn't recommend it."

"Pros: Large easy to read display and platform. The display stays lit for several seconds after getting off scales. 3 different displays Kgs, lbs., and stones and lbs.
Cons. None so far."

Error at 2 days

"Got these home, looked great and seemed to work just fine for the first 48 hours then got an error message everytime we tried to use them after that!
Having thrown away the packaging we are none too happy that they broke so quickly!
Soddy applicance - don't waste your money"

"everytime i go on the scales it has different readings so i still dont no my correct weight and as im on a diet this is most important to me not impressed"

"These are the best scales which i've owned. They are so accurate (to within a 1/4 pound), light weight and easy to store. I would recommend these to everyone. It beats going on the wii and having to lie about your weight :-)"
