"Bought this over a week ago and was installed last week. It was faulty - the water kept on running and had to be switched off by using the main switch which is located outside the bathroom! So everytime we want to use it, we have to switch on from outside, quickly run inside as the shower has already started and do the same when we finish! It was bought to replace a previous similar model (Opal) which lasted 12 years. We have just been unlucky with this one. The engineer came today and replaced the faulty circuit board. Will know how it is working tomorrow. I have given this 3 stars just for that reason. I am sure it will give me a good service like the previous one, fingers crossed!"

"To replace another trition shower needed electric and water outlets same side so i didn't have to change fittings didn't take long to change either, some of the shower head modes were quite feeble,but you can allways change the shower head."
