"I bought this as it directly replaces our Triton Opal II, which packed up beyond its guarantee date (like they do!) - by 'directly replaces' I mean that I did not have to alter any wiring or plumbing, just a straight swap. You will need a new 15mm olive & capnut - or you will need to cut the capnut off the old unit."

"Had to buy a lower wattage shower due to house electrics!! fitted perfectly over our old topaz shower. Our old shower was 10.5kw and we really notice the difference with this shower. You have to jump around to get wet!! Will look into rewiring in the future."
