They tell you no lies whether you like it or not ;0) lol.
All visitors to the house comment on them being very nice and play on them after a meal to see how much their meal weighed !!!! They are that good.

"Really happy with these scales, been looking at a few different ones but these are exactly what I wanted, they give your weight to the nearest 1/4 of a lb (eg 9st 4 3/4) and can be changed between stones, kilos and lb's by a little switch by the battery compartment.The only thing is you have to take the battery out to remove the plastic cover that stops the battery being used while its in the box....I didnt think they were working untill I saw this :)"
