Rated 5 out of 5 by Instructions Product was easy to fit but the operating instructions did not make clear how to turn on and off, you would expect the water to flow when you pushed the on/off button, not having to push other buttons to make it work. 18 August 2015

Novice. Please let me know what the essential difference is between the different kw. eg. is there greater flow or quicker heating etc.

What should be the reason behind choosing a lower kw or higher kw electric shower?

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

Having looked into your query, I can confirm that the difference between a 8.5kw 9.5kw & 10.5kw shower is the amount of power. The more kilowatts for a shower equals more power. A larger heating element is capable of heating water more quickly than a lower wattage shower so the flow rate of water can be proportionally higher.
Before you select the size of shower you wish to buy check your water pressure and flow.

It is advisable for you to speak to a registered plumber for further advice.

Thank you for using Q & A.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

Having spoken to our supplier, I can confirm that the two water connections are for the incoming water from your water supply and the other connection is for the outgoing water to the shower head.

The fixtures and fittings are also included within the packaging.

Thank you for using Q & A.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have checked this for you and the power input is at the bottom left hand side of the shower and the water inlet can be at the back or bottom of the right hand side.

Thank you for using Q & A.
