poor quality The taps are nice and strong but the shower head is made of plastic which when dropped in the bath and when you have children this does happen it breaks I have tried to replace the head so many times but none fit so I have had to buy another set of taps just to replace the head I hope to return one set back to you!!!! 10 April 2013
