"Does what is is designed to do! However, instruction booklet not totally 100% helpful - could be a little more detailed, eg "Don't leave battery too long on float charge." Err .... yep, what is "too long?" No idea!"

"Purchased item to recharge my caravan battery after winter period. As per other reviews, It did not charge the battery as its reading was very low. On the plus side, I used it to top up my X5 car battery - which it did with ease. The unit is very lightweight, portable & easy to use. It also has a safety feature to prevent overcharging, so you dont have to keep checking it during the charging process. Pleased I bought the unit."
