brilliant bed-wish i had one when i was a kid

"My son(aged 4) has a small bedroom so needed a bed which we could store toys etc under and he wanted a tent bit to sleep in. this was the best value bed,mattress and tent parts i could find.
The bed did take a bit of time to put together,especially screwing the slats down but was relativly easy to do,which is why i gave it 4 stars. The bed is really sturdy and i hope will last for a number of years.
I wondered if the mattress (included) was going to be ok, but we've had no problems.just had to get a waterproof cover.
The cars tent parts are brilliant and can easily be removed when he just wants a normal bed. the bit round the bottom is great for hiding all the toys underneath. And when friends stop over they like to sleep in that bit to (with the toys removed!) He especially likes sleeping in the tunnel.
I wondered if the ladder in the turret would cause a problem,especially at night getting up, but not had any problems at all.
Only awkward thing is reading stories once he is in bed due to the layout of his room and the tunnel-but we soon sorted that. wish i had a bed like that when i was a kid!!!"

"Excellent product. Bought for 3yr old who has never slept in own bed all night but does with this as loves the tents and feels really grown up. Bit tricky to put up and does need two people. Would only buy when on offer though because not worth full price."

"One of best purchases ever for my 4 year old son, loves the whole Cars theme, great for storage space underneath and just a great height for him.

"Bought this bed for my 6 year old boy.....he thinks its amazing! The bed itself is great and easy to assemble and although the tent pack could be slightly better quality, it does look pretty good."

"My 5yr old little boy loves this. Bed quite sturdy and easy to build. Cars tent pack not the best quality, and the finish tunnel over the steps takes up a lot of space."
