"1st one I purchased was smashed inside the box, it was the last one in the store, customer services were really good I must say, the 2nd from another store(Purley way) was a pig to start and chain tightening bolt bent! changed it for an electric one, and the flash manager would not refund the £40 difference because the original store(sutton) had kept my receipt, and offered gift card, but was overruled by another staff member."

"this saw does what its made for, follow the instructions on startup procedure and keep the fuel mix right and it starts and runs fine i have had no problems so far."
