Mower okay - grass box not good

"It was easy to assemble the mower but the grass box was a nightmare! The diagrams in the hand book were hard to follow and the written words were inadequate.It took several hours to put this box together. Why can't a ready assesmbled box be provided?"

"Although this is a simple product it has obviously been well designed - it is well balanced with handles in the right places. It can be stored in its original box and set up when needed in seconds. Mowing is easy with all the clippings being collected - the grass box just lifts off when full. Finally the cutting height is adjusted by a simple multi position lever! Like all modern products, it's packaged to take minimal space, so some assemble is needed - the grass box being slightly tricky. If you lube the metal parts, it should last forever!"

"A good mower. Lightweight and cuts very easily and neatly. Ideal for a medium sized lawn. The only minor problem is the poor quality instruction manual for assembling it, especially the grassbox. It is not difficult but the instructions are poor / vague."

Very poor assembly instructions, flimsy grass box

"I have reluctantly given this 1 star because I cannot award 0 stars! I bought this as a lightweight lawn-mower for an elderly relative. I consider myself to be good at self -assembly but I found the written instructions for assembling the grass box to be non-existent and the photographs to be so dark it was nigh on impossible to work out how to complete the assembly. Parts in the picture were not the same as parts in the box. The whole unit was so flimsy I was worried about breaking it in my attempts at assembly. In the end I boxed everything back up, returned it to the store for a refund and bought a different brand of mower."
