"I've been considering a cordless hammer drill/driver for a few years. This was a chosen birthday present and it's brilliant. Superb balance in the hand and great torque for driving in 3.5" screws and fast drilling in wood so far. the LED work illumination is a real boon. I've a lot of faith in Bosch having an electric planer, circular saw, chainsaw, but this takes the biscuit.
Quick charge and go for the 18V version like I did. Great value and the drill set was discounted to go with it. A bargain."

"Having used a 24v Bosch cordless hammer drill for 8 years in a professional capacity I could only pick this one. Light and well balanced, very quick recharging time, handy spot light and excellent build quality. Highly recommended."
