Wonderful piece of equipment!! I was going to purchase a more expensive steamer (from a well known shopping TV channel), but after reading the reviews decided to go for this one. So glad I did. Its a wonderful simple piece of equipment which degreases the kitchen well So far. I have used it on tiles( you will need to use the brush headed accessory for help cleaning any grouting)./cupboards/cooker/wooden floors/ windows/ rug in lounge/bathroom and toilet/shower/car seats to be honest gone cleaning mad - even got some old paint stains off the floor!! You will still need to give things a little wipe after but it will do the hard work for you.No cleaning products needed and you still are left with a fresh feel after cleaning. Its best filing with hot water first otherwise,you have to wait a while for it to heat up. Its about the size of a car battery, but not really heavy at all.Has a decent length of cable. I use cleaning sponge in once hand and the steamer in the other and it just makes cleaning so much more fun ( and my skin gets a lovely steam too) I would advise that you clear all the surfaces that you want to clean as the steamer has no on-off switch, so its abit of a pain to keep turning off from the plug if you need to stop steam cleaning for any reason. Has lots of attachments dependent on what you need it for. Is does not push the steam out with force as some more expensive one will , but still enough to do a good job. I love it - its now my new best friend for keeping the house spotless. I highly recommend this purchase!! Well worth the money. 23 May 2013

Good cheap steamer Cleaned all kitchen cupboards and white goods, pvc doors/windows, lino floor. Does a decent job, but does drip while working so a towel is good to mop up the wet. The screw on hand protector seems to work loose during use so needs checking and tightening regularly. For the money this is a neat machine. If you want pressure steam go for a dearer model this one has not got the option. 09 April 2013
