"best tool for cutting the bottom off skirting boards,when laying wood flooring.The tradesman that did the job was well inpressed.
Put 5mm underlay down then 8mm board on top and lay tool on top of board reverse side up glided along skirting to remove bottom of skirting 13mm gap, flooring slide underneath
