"Was a bit dubious, as previous self assembly furniture has been a let down , but these are strong, sturdy items. I am very pleads with them. Also the delivery service from Argos was fantastic, estimated time, spot on."

shocking quality

"We purchased the chest of drawers, toy box and the wardrobe. We only managed to open one item and that's all we needed to decide that we wanted a full refund from Argos. The furniture is not your usual flat pack product and takes an age to build!!!!!! the quality is very poor! the dowels do not fit properly and puncture through the sides and top of the furniture. Unfortunately we didn't take much notice of the reviews from other buyers on this furniture.......too long to build and poor quality. In all fairness to Argos there were no questions asked and a full refund was given within 5 days."

Difficult to build

"Having purchased the Haven bedside cabinets, I knew what to expect. Still took a long time to build. I had trouble with the drawer runners too. Hence 4 stars. Excellent quality and very heavy. Looks great in my bedroom with the matching bedside cabinets. Again i was fortunate to get this in the half price sale. Worth every penny. Excellent delivery service too from Argos."

"Fair quality but lots of fiddly drawer runners to screw on.
Slight problem with drawer runners as couple had ball bearings in the bags when removed so will see how they fair with use."
