OK item but needs care when trimming and fitting

"The door is simple enough to fit and functions adaquatly.
It is a little flimsy with just the top runner and locating it into its jamb can be tricky.
My only real issue with this product is how brittle the slats are. I tried several different saws to cut them and they all chipped and split the door. My recomendation would be to use a hand held very fine toothed saw, maybe a hack saw and take it slow.
If you are trimming more than 2cm off the door then you can leave the bottom screws in place and this help to keep things aligned.
I will look for an alternative if this door needs replacing."

"I have had one of these doors for about 25 years and, obviously, after all that time it has worn out. I bought this door from Argos to replace my old one. It is a much better colour, was easier to install and does the job it is supposed to do. All in all an excellent buy. Would recommend to anyone. It was cheaper than the original one as well. Bargain."
