"Excellent product now it has been built.Instructions are awful,the DVD is different to the manual and some of the parts bore no resemblance to the parts in the boxes.I ended up having to redrill some of the spars to make it fit.A really nice conservatory. If only more care was taken with the instructions it would be five stars all the way."

"This Conservatory was delivered in good time and I was kept informed of its whereabouts. It was well packaged so I was able to store away confidently until I was ready to construct. The assembly process (once a quick look at the DVD) was reasonably straightforward - achievable over a long weekend with two people assisting."
