Brother QL570U1 Thermal Desktop Label Printer. 4.8 5 114 114
Excellent Product Very easy to set up, very easy to use and it automatically trims off the label so no messing about when you have quite a few to print. Very pleased with this purchase. 30 June 2014
I Like it I actually won this label printer in a work competition so I didn't really know much about it. I like the fact that it's a thermal printer so you don't have to worry about constantly buying ink cartridges. It came with a full roll of labels so I haven't needed to buy any yet, but from looking around they're not too expensive depending on the type you want. I find it works well with Windows 7 and prints quickly. I've been having great fun labelling all the plugs in the house :) 29 June 2014
Second Machine - Both good The QL-570 was purchased as a second machine to the QL-560 we already use. There is a need to use the printer in two locations so, as the first has been so good over the years we have used it, the decision was made to purchase another, so save carrying the 560 back and forth. The 570 is somewhat smaller than the 560 but the print quality, speed etc are just as good. The P-touch Address book software that comes with the machine is excellent for printing multiple address labels, although it would be nice to be able to change the field title headings. (The machine will print from a wide variety of other databases so you are not tied to the address book) The P-touch Editor software (for making up your own labels) is useful for printing single labels, particularly when switching label sizes, however trying to create a new layout I found frustrating as it seemed to want to revert back to it's own layout - I have to admit that I have only tried this a couple of time so may be doing something wrong - but I found the process difficult. Overall though we have found both machines to be very reliable and both do the job we want totally to our satisfaction. 24 June 2014
Brother QL-570 Label Printer A great little printer, it's fast, quiet, quick and easy to set up and very easy to use. There is no waste of labels as it prints one at a time from a roll, change the roll for a different size label and it just prints the next label on the roll installed. Bought for a small business to label parcels but have found many more uses for it since. Definitely recommend this for both personal and business use. 18 June 2014
just what I wanted I have become fed up with trying to print labels and addresses via my computer, changing the paper for labels etc., then changing them back again. I thought of buying one of these gizmos a few years ago, regrettably I didn't. I have now and its the best thing ever. no more messing about just point and print what I want, no fuss, no bother cheers brother ! wish I had bought one years ago its brilliant. 06 June 2014

Can you please confirm the dimensions and weight of this label printer? I have seen what appears to be the same product elsewhere but the measurements on your product description are much larger.
