"My computer, despite being repaired, keeps crashing so I needed to back-up everything on it hence my purchase. I had bought CD-Rs before but they didn't work. These are great. I've been able to store everything I need on them and I have the peace of mind of knowing that I have a back-up should the computer completely crash. Also, they weren't an expensive item but the guy at the desk took the time to ask me if I was sure they were what I needed and when I explained what I wanted them for he was able to reassure me that they were suitable. I've bought much more expensive items before only to find when I got home that they were incompatible so I was very impressed with the service as well."
