"I bought this drive to use as ready boost for my windows7 pc. It gave no problems but was no apreciable diference in pc usage so I went out and bought a usb3 ready boost and altho I am still using a usb2 input its overcapacity in speed allowed maximum i/o speed. If you want a storage dongle buy a cheep one, if you want to use ready boost go to maplin."
