"I Ordered this product after a recommendation from a friend however after reading the previous reviews was a bit wary. When first removed product from box the stain was damp and was rubbing off on my hands however by time I had unpacked everything and washed hands it seemed to dry. Maybe you should open box and leave for a while to avoid the problems with the stain.
I used the screws, bolts provided but felt the bed had to be secured further so added a three addtional pieces of wood to strenghthen bed and also glues dowels into joints.
If you can past the stain issue that seems to be common and don't mind adding extra strengh to the build I would say this bed will turn out to be a strong and great buy but my advice would be not to depend on the bolts provided as will soon work lose."

"A good quality, sturdy bed which looks nice and great value. It was very easy to put together with two of us - took about 10 minutes."

"The bed is not finished off properly,I have got brown stains on the edge of my white sheets from tucking them in. Head board isnt tall enough and cant be seen when you have 2 pillows on each side."

"this bed is great but i dont think that the paint/stain had long enough to dry as it was really smelly and also the colour rubbed off onto my bed sheets and will not come out. but bd is very sterdy, which is great"
