"Good quality solid bed. Makes no creaks or cracks when put together. Parts and instructions not that hard to follow but not easy either. Can be hard work putting together. Power screw driver recommended. Requires two people to assemble. One massive scratch and peg holes had damaged a part but otherwise its ok."

Great bed but not as solid as I thought!

"I love this bed but I was a bit disappointed when we received it that it wasn't as solid as I thought it would be. The side tables were damaged but Argos sent us out 2 new ones, although when fitted they made the bed look like a bird/plane as they stuck out so far when I thought they would be flush to the wall! My husband adjusted them by moving them up but this just means they are only held on by 1 screw. They're small though and don't hold much (lamp and cup of coffee!) so they don't need much support.....just don't lean on them! Please bare in mind you will need a complete free weekend to do this as it takes about 5 hours to put together (even with 2 people!) The bed looks great though, especially when you've just made it and tucked all the sheets in so you can see the wood. We got the one with the leather head board which is really nice and very comfortable. We also got the drawers which are massive and fit tons of clothes in, the only thing is because they're quite long they're a bit of a pain to push in. All round it is a good bed, maybe a bit overpriced for what it is (as I was expecting thick solid pine like my girls bunk beds) and another downfall is the wood gets damaged very easily! We've not had it long and already my daughters have managed to take 2 small chunks out of the wood with their toy buggies! If you've got kids don't get it, unless you try and keep them out of your room, but that's easier said than done!"
