Customer reviews and ratings

Bestway Air Bed with Built In Pump - Double. 3.8 5 141 145
this was a life saver My only criticism was the assembly instruction could have been a little clearer in display, I missed a key point at the start that had me struggle longer than I needed to. 25 March 2015
Does the job Make sure you seal the hole at the pillow end (opposite to the pump side) and as soon as this hole is covered it takes around 8 minutes to pump, not sure where they got 3mins from. Design is a bit strange but comfortable when you are laying on it. Would definetly reccomend. 02 March 2015
Did the job, but is quite smelly It would be a really nice buy if it wasn't for the bad smell of chemicals (monomers or something). Aerated it for a week before the actual use and still we got our throats irritated. Otherwise it was really quick and easy to inflate, stood firm for the three days we needed it and to my surprise it was less shaky than a spring mattress. I'm not sure I liked the integrated pillow and the bumpy surface but then my wife's back felt perfectly fine (which is a great thumbs up). 22 February 2015
Not good Deflates within a few hours. You will end up with your bottom on the floor and a bad back. Don't buy it. 21 February 2015
stay clear of this! This airbed was such a waste of money. After finally figuring out how to blow the bed up, my little sister slept on it and within a few hours it had deflated enough that she was on the floor, she woke with a bad back.... She is only 12 years old so can only imagine how bad it would be if an adult slept on it. Do not buy. 18 February 2015

Answer:
Hi,

A built in foot pumps means you simply plug the air bed into the mains, and the bed inflates automatically. You don't need to use or pump or do any work.

Have a good day.

Answer:
Hi,

The valve at the top of the Bestway Air Bed needs to be unscrewed completely and removed and the bed will deflate within a few minutes.

Thanks for using Argos Q&A.

Answer:
You need to insert the stopper by the printed instructions (head end) on the bed, before you start to pump up. Paper instructions don't indicate this clearly. Should then pump up within 3-5 minutes.

Answer:
There is a stopper that must be pulled out in order to inflate the airbed which is a common mistake that people make when it doesn't seem to inflate. Details are in the instructions. Try that before considering returning it.
