Not comfy - springs gone in under 1 month

"I bought this just over a month ago and the springs have gone in the middle seat of the 3 seater (where no one sits) so very unusual
It's only comfortable when reclined, when not reclined its very uncomfortable as the small seat depth and the arms are far too low.
excellent customer service though, very impressed.

"WOW how excellent is this suite?? It's very comfortable, good for posture, plenty of room for people to sit, easy to put together, can I think of any bad points......NO!!!! This settee reclines all the way back and does so without hitting walls, so it can easily kept against a wall, it slides down and out, not back, reclines back so far that you're almost lying down, it's great value for money. The seat cushions are firm to begin with but soon start to soften up as you're sitting on them, best buy ever !!!!!"
