"Very happy with the purchase. The sofa is a great value and it looks great too! It is easy to put together and you can make it into sofabed in no time. Large sleeping area and the storage in so handy. Bit harder first you sit on it, but got used to it quickly. Highly recommended."

Excellent Siena sofabed

"This item is very good value for many, but I got it in sales and I am very happy. It is very good quality and makes the room feel cozy. The storage compartment is very useful, and as a bed is as big as a kingsize. It took me an hour and a half to put it together all by myself. Excellent purcase."

Good value for money

"Firstly, Argos has to be applauded for its delivery service. I'm sure there aren't many companies that will charge less than nine quid to deliver a sofabed to you within five days - especially at this time of the year - and there was absolutely no fuss at all.
I am really pleased with this sofa, because it was even better than expected. I was going to go for one of those trendy ones with the patterned cushions, until my sister pointed out that you can always buy cushions to create the same effect, which I've done. It's cheaper to change cushions than a sofa, and this is a classic style that will never date. Plus, it transforms into a nice big bed as well!
Other reviewers have said that the bed is hard, but I haven't really tried it out so can't comment. However, it does seem quite supportive compared to the flimsy mattresses you normally find on metal-action sofabeds, and at the end of the day it is just for occasional use. Surely, you want your guests to go home at some point? It doesn't really pay to make them too comfortable!
The thing I like most about this sofa is that it is so flexible. You can arrange it as either a right- or left-hand L-shape, which is really useful if you want to rearrange your living space in the future or move house. Also, you don't need to attach both arms, which is useful for me because the "chaise" part of mine needs to go against a radiator and not attaching the arm on that side means it doesn't block too much heat.
The storage area was also better than expected. It's actually quite spacious and has telescopic arms, which means it supports itself so you don't have to hold it up while you're putting things into it or taking them out.
Finally, other reviewers have said this is difficult to put together, but actually I don't think it is because there are very few parts. However, you do need to remove the bed mechanism before you screw in the arms and attach the brackets that hold the sofa and chaise part together. I don't think this is explained very clearly in the instructions, and it's definitely a two-person job to get the mechanism out.
Overall, this is a very useful and well-made sofabed for the money."
