"I bought this sofa for my conservatory.The delivery was on time.Unfortunately,it was impossible to assemble it as the holes for the screws were misalligned by a considerable distance.I asked Argos customer service for a replacement.They were quick to replace and it was a perfect piece.It looks great in my conservatory"

"compared with other sofas its good value for money. didn't realise it came flat packed. needless to say the holes in the legs didn't line up and i had 2 arms the same instead of opposite. however argos were quick to remedy the faults. small brown cushions are very hard. but on the whole its alright"

Nightmare to assemble

"The first sofa I received was a nightmare to assemble. The screw holes did not line up on the component parts. When I did get it assembled, one leg sat off the floor so the whole sofa was eneven. I had to get a replacement sofa delivered and although this is together and the legs are even, I could not get all of the screws in place because again the holes did not line up."

"Solid piece of furniture once built, but some of pre-drilled holes did not line up which meant that 2 of the wooden feet split a little bit when attaching to the base of sofa and 1 of the side holes didn`t line up very well either."

Good Value Sofa - Ideal Kitchen or Conservatory

"This sofa I would say is good value and good quality when you consider the price you pay. I bought it for our Kitchen and it's just perfect. Quality finish to the wicker which is built around a tubular steel frame, none of the frame is visible and the wicker is neatly manufactured. It's comfy & cosy once it gets worn in, base cushions do flatten a little after some use, being small it is ideal for kitchens & conservatories alike. The cushions are more white than cream so expect to put a throw over the sofa as they won't stay clean for long. They are removable but only sponge clean. You could always get them recovered in time as the sofa is very hard wearing and should last for years. The brown scatter cushions feel cheap so we've replaced them with our own. So in summary, a good quality, nicely made sofa, ideal for kitchens as it shouldn't hold cooking smells and great for a lazy sunday afternoon while cooking dinner. Good value for money, thanks Argos !"
