"Nothing bad to say about the intercom, picture great even in the dark. My only grumble is the cable from bell to unit is flat and difficult to bend round corners when trailing through the house to fit. and there are no instructions on how high to put it to see all peoples faces in the screen. It was hit and miss, we had to stick it with tape for a few days and wait for someone to call. like the panic alarm too very loud, great for sending away cold callers!!"

"Opening the box i found clear and well informed installation instructions. once installed which took about 30 minutes (including drilling) i found the monitor to be clear and sharp and have already recommended to friends"
