"The unit was poorly made with holes pre drilled in the wrong places so that it was impossible to builds properly.
It was returned for a full refund."

"Followed instructions and put filing cabinet together only to find the drawers did not close properly. Product arrived with a chip out of one of the panels and a gouge in the packaging. I should have checked the measurements properly before purchasing as this filing cabinet is very small (length of drawers and space for files is tiny!)."

almost impossible to build

"i have build a few flat packed things before, from a large well known company who shall remain unnamed, however this was by far the most difficult. screws were very tight, results in my arms and back being sore the next morning. when build it looks nice enough, not really had much use of it yet, but i wouldnt really recommend it unless you are very sure of being able to build it. (my drawers are very stiff and they are not straight with each other, probably due to me struggling to build it)"
