Basic Office Desk - Beech Effect. 4.2 5 495 527
basic, functional but fit for pirpose Just a quick word. This is exactly as described a nice basic desk right height and colours nicely. It is about 5mm lower than a standard desk so bear in mind and as with most flatpack stufff it is a pain to assemble room longer than i thought. Overall its cheap sturdy and should last awhile. Downside - feels cheap and lots of sharp corners that would no doubt be rounded for more cost. A good basic buy. 15 July 2014
Good basic desk Is a good basic desk. Took a lot longer to assemble than expected. 11 July 2014
Easy to assemble and very useful We now have 2 of these desks. The 1st is 6 months old and is still in as-new condition. Ignore posts about these being difficult to assemble; just follow the instructions (each piece is numbered) and ensure you have each piece facing the correct way. Tip 1: Don't do the screws up too tight until you've finished, just in case you do have something upside down Tip 2: Ensure you use the correct screwdriver for the 3 different screws (pozidrive/phillips) or you could well round their heads. 10 July 2014
Good basic office desk This was bought at the sale price and it is very sturdy. Very pleased with this item. Went back and bought another one. 08 July 2014
Good basic desk as advertised It is as advertised, a basic office desk, but for the money is a good buy. I would recommend. 08 July 2014

A drill is required, otherwise blisters and lots of screws won't go in without of one.

Height of desk

I know the height of the desk is 72cm, but I noticed that there is a baton at the top of the desk, how far is the distance from the bottom of this baton to the floor.
