"This table lives up to the catalogue description and more!! No problem assembling it and the leafs are easy to add and remove. The wood looks so good that I use an oilcloth cover to protect it when the grandchildren visit!! Would recommend this item to anyone who wants an extending table."

"Owing to the limited space in my tiny flat, I wondered whether this table would fit in. In fact it just exactly fitted, and you could even use the extension leaves if desperately needed! Moreover, there was space underneath to put my bins etc. The only snag was the instruction to apply furniture oil; I still haven't done this. Why on earth didn't the makers include a tin of oil with the table?"

"Really pleased with this table, great size and then it gets bigger! looks nice and solid with good solid legs. Didn't buy the chairs that went with it as other reviews said the quality of them were a bit poor, so paid a bit more on the chairs elsewhere. This was not a problem because of the bargain price of the table! Had lots of positive remarks from friends and they couldn't believe how much i paid for it! BARGAIN!!!"

"Really good table, especially as I bought it when it was on offer.
The wood used on the additional leaves goes in the opposite direction to that of the table. so for this point alone - not sure if I would have paid full price."

Fab table

"Bought this in the sale and it is excellent value even at full price.
The table is easy to put together and is solidly made, but it will take two of you to safely lay the table top on the floor to attach the legs and then to pick it up again when you're finished.
It took a few coats of oil to finish the table top, but now it looks superb and I am very pleased."
