"We were disappointed with some aspects of the table, the fact that the oak on the two additional leaves doesn't match the rest of the table. The fact that the oil that protects the wood was patchy and soon wiped off.
We felt that the table is well made, but poorly finished. We did consider sending it back, but felt that for the sale price we paid we would struggle to get a table that was solid oak."

"bought this item ready for xmas but had to exchange the table because it had a split in the wood and a water mark on the top of the table....not worth the money even though it was half price"

"We are really pleased with our new dining set. The table was very easily assembled, the chairs a little more fiddly. The end result looks great and much more expensive than the actual cost. Make sure to use furniture oil as it really brings out the grain."

"What a fantastic buy, this is well made and just what we were after to complete our kitchen. Even when we had 2 damaged chairs, the customer service was excellent they could not have been more apologetic and replacements were sent out within 2 days. certainly would recommend this to anyone"
