"Built with the novice in mind this camera has all the quality that you expect from nikon.Shoot in fully automatic or in various modes through to fully manual,this has to be a great choice as your first d s l r camera.If you are coming from "point and shoot" cameras you will notice the difference in image quality.Take time to carefully study the manual."

"I decided to invest in the Nikon D3000 for use within my work and for family pics, holidays etc...I was tired of wasting money on rubbish cameras! I can honestly say it's the best camera I have ever bought and used, I don't know why I waited so long to make the purchase. As an inexperienced photographer, I took no time at all in becoming familiar with the camera, it's functions and the ability to take great pics, so easy to use and with a good battery life! Would absolutely recommend without hesitation!!"
