"I purchased a quad set, could not set time/date, tried 'help' -no use. changed for a triple...but various probs and tried 'help' again who suggested return to store. Had a refund and bought another brand, which is superb and worth the extra cost.
The Philips cables supplied are also too short and I needed an extension to reach phone point and electric plug. Also manual is poor on info etc."

"The good thing about this system is the programming of phone numbers that automatically transfer to the other three handsets in alphabetical order. There is a limited choice of tones which are all 'rings' of one kind or another. Also, there is an intercom facility which enables each handset to contact another. So far, the system is working perfectly well."

"returned this product as it had very poor sound quality and no loudspeaker and instead bought a panasonic which had all the features we needed at the same price. we are delighted with this purchase."
