"Owing to me having to replace my Philips Kala 6523, which has given excellent service over many years, I'm very disappointed at my recent purchase.
The incoming ring tone is not very high.
The memory for fast dial is not a "patch" on the Kala system.
You are unable to see if someone is on another handset.
Also many other "problems"."

"Good all round phones. Voice quality is more than good enough, and they're easy enough to use without needing to read any instructions for the basic functions.
Best feature in my opinion is when entering a name / number into the memory it replicates to all handsets.
Worst feature is the choice of available ringtones - I find it hard to notice when it's ringing unless having the volume at maximum."

"Very easy to set up. All address book entries automatically go to the other handsets. Poor choice of ring tones. Does not show the number or, if in address book, name of incoming caller. Had this feature on my previous phones and miss the information."
