OK but difficult menu system and misses features

"The phone is well-constructed and feels like a quality phone but I found it to be missing a few important features, like it doesn't clearly show you if you missed a call (no flashing light or display) and I find the menu system very very difficult and confusing and I have a PhD! Adding numbers or finding them again in the onboard phonebook is far too difficult.
So it is a quality product but I am disappointed by how difficult it is to do simple things in the menus."
