"Nearly didn't buy these phones after reading the reviews, I have trouble with hearing and use hearing aids. some of them said the sound voulme was low but I have found them more then adequate on that score. The only faults I would have is the ring tones there could be more difference between the five tones. The other thing is the cmplicated method of having a three way cnversation instead of just picking up the second phone and listening in"
