Good phone with a slight problem

"The phone itself is brilliant in fact with lots of different features and all. But the answer machine isn't brilliant as I have to call the voicemail number to retrieve some of the messages. Secondly the ringtones are all slightly too quiet."

Faulty Phone

"Easy enough to set up and the sync feature was useful. However we kept loosing the ability to talk to people we rang or who rang us. This propblem was Intermittent, therefore we assumed it was a fault on the phone. We returned to Argos and exchanged for a BT Concero 1500 which isworkimg pefectly."
