bought to replace mothers old phone - this one is much more user friendly. she can increase the volume enabling her to hear much better (previous phone was not compatible with her hearing aids) overall she is very pleased with it.

Ideal for older person
This phone is ideal for older people with poor hearing as the hands free speaker is very loud.The big buttons also especially for dialing.

Easy to read numbers..
I brought this for my 95 year old mother in law. It's easy to use with the large numbers which are easily identifiable. She much prefers this one to the previous BT phone due to the buttons been black. Although, l do think the ring tone could be louder!
