"This telephone is sturdy, has excellent visibility with large bold numbers and buttons and easy to use volume controls and hands free facility. My only criticism: Why does it require batteries? It works perfectly well without the batteries. I can't find any real purpose for the batteries other than to produce a 'batteries low' warning light! In the current economic climate and given how environmentally damaging batteries are, non-essential batteries seem a complete nonsense!"

"I bought this for my elderly uncle after returning a faulty cheaper big button phone. This one is great and well worth the extra cost. It has all the necessary requirements for partially sighted and the hard of hearing amongst us. It is well built and I especially like the fact that it has three dedicated push buttons for the most important numbers, which is in addition to other memory numbers you wish to store. Overall, very well designed and facilitates all the usual benefits of a conventional phone."

"Well presented and easy to use. I bought this phone for my elderly mother, and she loves it. The large buttons are easy to see and use. The only thing is that the low battery light has come on after about two weeks, but no other issues.."
