"This looks a lovely set of stylish phones in the picture online, the reality is somewhat different unfortunetely.
Ring tones - seriously bad
Speaker phone - not good
Screen View - awful (like reading a calculater)
Easy to plug in, but not easy to find your way around the various uses.

I actually took the phone back I was so unhappy with the quality.
The only good thing was the manager at customer services giving me a full refund.

"Bought these for my mum, really easy to install numbers to address book and so on. However did have to swap them with mine as she found the ringer wasn't loud enough for her to hear and she doesn't have poor hearing, I live in a smaller house so don't find this a problem.."

"It is a really good phone, particularly for the price.
Two handsets, answering machine, phone book storage.
Only downside is I don't like the ringtones, whatever happened to a normal bring bring... this has either brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnng or cheesy mobile phone music. If that makes any sense through text...."

"a rubbish phone,you can hardly hear anyone talking to you down the phone line.the ringer is so quiet its hard to hear when your in another room.its really hard to end a call and have to press the talk button over and over,the set up of the phone is a joke.what ever you do dont buy this awful phone."
