"Excellent sound quality. The intercom/baby listening feature works very well. Interestingly the baby listening option was listed as a feature on the 'Which' review I read (they had it as one of their Best Buys), but there are no instructions on how to enable it in the Panasonic user guide (you just connect two of the handsets by intercom and put one on mute if you don't want the baby to hear you)
Good speakerphone quality and good overall value. Never written a product review for anything before but I did for, this because I thought the product deserved it."

"We (elderly couple) are quite happy with our purchase after a few days of use.
Setting up various options a little confusing
(n.b. we are not mobile phone users) tho' we're getting there slowly. We have a neighbour with a similar product so help is not too far away!!!"

"Have had to return these phones as the sound quality is dreadful. Echoes and tinny, made conversation very difficult. Have had my previous panasonic telephones for some time, very much better than these."

"booked new phone set online. Went to pick them up later. Paid via a machine on advice of very nice member of staff. Didnt have to wait or queue. Got my product as promised. Could not have been easier, more efficient or painless.

"Bought these phones to replace some that we just couldn't hear the ring in our business workshop. So far they have been great. Loud ring, good choice of rings, large buttons and easy to use answer machine. So good we're thinking of changing our home phones for these."
