Not the best phone i've ever had but not the worst

"I was glad that I did not have to use this phone immediately as I discovered that you have to plug it in and charge it for 24 hours before you could do any setting up !
Once charged I found this phone easy to set it was just a matter of connecting it to the junction box and inputting your important numbers.
The big dissapointment is the display type face. Numbers and letters are very poorly defined and difficult to read.
The handset only has a choice of 5 ringtones which are all a bit samey."

Disappointing from BT

"I went for a BT product because I am on a sub-contracted) BT line, and thought that would be OK. But no. The BT phones need to be charged for 24 hours, and CANNOT be plugged in before that.
And when I did - finally - plug it in - there was no dialling tone.
Because I had already encountered this a couple of months previously at work, I knew immediately what to do. Return it, and buy a Panasonic instead. (Thank goodness it was a weekend, and I had bought it on Saturday).
For the same price, I got 40 ringtones to choose from, a colour screen, transferrable phone-books ( I had bought a twin-handset phone), 7 hours only charging required and it could run on a slightly charged battery right from the start.
