I must be thick !

"I may be thick but I do not find the instructions easy to follow. I cannot find out how to get rid of the message on the screen either which constantly tells me I have missed a call . I also cannot see the screen very well at all.So, all in all I am a bit disappointed."

"This phone sounded good but it is awful. It has no back light so you cant see screen properly, it makes an awful beeping noise when you press buttons as if batteries are running low and the volume is so low I cant even hear it in the next room. I am taking back for a refund. Sorry Argos, you normally deliver but not this time."
