"Product is good, wasn't happy that it had been thrown in box and wires were tangled and someone had stored numbers on it , so it was obviously a returned item that hadn't been checked."

"This is a good solid item, typical of the quality that you would expect of the BT badge. I didn't give it 5 stars because it's not outstanding, just does what it says on the tin and there's nothing wrong with that."

"They only/big problem with these phones is that if you answer 1 and need to pass the call to someone else in another room when they pick up one of the other 2 phones it says busy and cuts off, so they have to use the phone that the call was answered with"

"I bought these phones to remove my reliance on BT Broadband Talk which I understand BT are trying to get rid of.
They are cheap - cheap design, cheap build and luckily cheap price. The software needs to be updated, the screen is difficult to read and the sound quality poor. Just what you might expect from BT at the price."
